Sending a support zip

In Hearth, open the game's Logs tab and choose Export for support (for Hearth itself: Settings → Export Hearth logs). Hearth saves a zip where you choose, by default in Documents\Lowfire Support; nothing is uploaded. Attach it to your email. It holds logs, crash reports, the game's settings, the list of installed mods, a file check and a short system summary. Open it first if you want to see what's inside.
